The question this blogger wants an answer to is this:
There is no question that the work and invention of Facebook by Mark Zuckerberg has profoundly changed the landscape of the worldwide Media across the world. These days one does not need to wait for the Six-O-Clock TV News to know whats going on in the world. Even the other internet giant, Google advertises their products on Facebook. The question is like this, how is Facebook going to change the entire political landscape.
Facebook is more than just entertainment, Facebook is real time Global interaction. Everyone is happy to tell everyone else whatever they are thinking on any given issue, at any given time.
Just as it seems the world wide media created this enormous full scale media propaganda attack on Israel just under one year ago, there was also an amazing response by countless millions of people creating pages, and groups and posting the truth about what was even a moderate response by Israeli soldiers who lives were being threatened by so called "peaceful activists" delivering humanitarian aid.
So the to Mark Zuckerberg, as a Jew, do you feel that is at all reasonable that it seems that there is such a strong demand for Israel to give up territory when it was determined by independent investigations that Israel was entirely justified in their response to the actual life endangering threats of the Flotilla incident of May 2010. Do you believe that anti-semitism could possibly be behind this perceived world wide push to make Israel give up huge section of its already very small land?
As a business person do you feel that somehow the political clout of the very wealthy oil producing nations is the economic force which is tilting the political process so strongly against the interest of Israel. We see you are meeting with the President right now, perhaps you can offer some alternative plans which does not have to endanger the lives of Jews living in Israel in order to appease some of these now very strong Mid-Eastern nations.
Sincerely,
